With a lifetime devoted to anime, graphic novels, and every video game release out there, how ever big or small, this profile is designed to be a natural culmination of the learning and appreciation built around the genres.
During the many years exploring digital mediums, there has long been a love of the art expressed by collecting, tagging, and categorization of digital art through online boards and posting websites. Artistry experience is achieved by illustration, inking, and painting digital artworks via traditional mediums as it has always felt very unfair for digital artworks to never hang on a wall in a home or museum.
While exploring game design it was saddening to see that even wholly professional game design software included too few characters, sound effects, environment tiles, and buildings. As such anyone designing games has to create a literal library of these game assets. While developing image editing and audio engineering skills, an expanding group of assets began to form. One which deserved to be freely shared with others. People who are just starting out design and struggle to create a new game of their own, but lack the tools, time, or training to create a full digital library.
The creation process involves a database of sounds, digital illustrations, scans of photos/paintings, stills from anime, and sections of select manga. The images are then deconstructed and combined with one another to suit a specific graphical need or art style. While the audio is recorded, cut, edited, and recompiled into brand new and unique sounds and audio effects.
There audio/visual assets are then categorized and uploaded as project folders. Which also include a number of free sample folders to showcase upcoming projects. The periodic release is provided entirely free of charge to use however you see fit. Though due to the time and work put into generating and editing these assets means a portion is charged, although even that is done so at a bare minimum cost mainly because America has a wicked sales tax of nearly 30% of all earnings.
If the assets shown here are useful to you, the users, the best thing you can do is donate. The amounts, however small, serve to validate a lifetime spent around digital media. That expression of support means the world and is a concrete way for people who find use for these creations to express that.
For that reason, all donations over the asking amount can optionally send a mailing address and i will create a custom drawn/painted postcard as thanks. These cards are laminated, suitable for framing, and are part of a unique numbered series that will be displayed on another website as they are issued.
